The service

Wayly provides a weekly written brief based on sales and ad accounts you connect. It is advisory. We do not move money, change campaigns, message your customers, or guarantee revenue.

Your account

You must be able to authorize the connections you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of files you upload. Keep your login to yourself.

Access we need

Connections are read-only. We may store encrypted tokens so we can write later briefs. You can disconnect a source in Settings. If a connection fails, we will not invent a brief.

Trial and fees

New workspaces get 14 days to try Wayly. After that it is $50/month unless you cancel. Start or cancel from Settings. Taxes may apply. No refunds for partial months after a paid period has begun, unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not upload data you do not have the right to share. Do not try to break the service, scrape other customers, or use Wayly to send unsolicited messages to people who did not ask.

No professional advice

Briefs are operational suggestions from your data. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You decide what to do.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Wayly is provided as-is. Our liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Canadian and US use

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights you cannot waive in your home province or state.
