Summary
Wayly is a weekly growth brief for owner-run businesses. We read the sales and ad accounts you connect, we do not sell your data, and we cannot charge your customers or change your campaigns.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, workspace name, time zone.
- Sales data you connect: payments, refunds, failed cards, items, and customer records from Stripe, Square, Shopify, or a file you upload.
- Ad performance, read live when you connect Google Ads or Meta. We store the connection token and account name. We do not keep campaign history.
- What you tell us in Settings: priorities, business rules, and ad goals.
- Billing status through Stripe Checkout. We never see your full card number.
How we use it
To write your Monday brief, email that brief to the address on your account, keep the account running, and improve the product. Figures in the brief come from your connected accounts. When the data cannot support a conclusion, the brief says so.
Who we share with
Processors under contract: Clerk (sign-in), Neon (database), Stripe (your Wayly subscription), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and the processors you connect (Stripe, Square, Shopify, Google, Meta) so we can read what you authorized. No sale of data. No ads on your sales data.
Retention
Connection tokens stay encrypted while the connection is on. Briefs stay with your workspace until you delete the account. Ad rows are fetched for the brief and not stored. Uploaded files are stored so we can rebuild the brief; replace or remove them in Settings.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete by emailing hello@waylyai.com. Cancel from Settings. You can disconnect Stripe, Square, Shopify, Google, or Meta at any time.
